  1. I saw this Live and was moved to tears. Some young friends (like family) had a similar situation with their first born son in January in Denver but the result didn’t end well. It has been devastating for all. But they too are so grateful to the marvelous staff that was there for them.

    I too have been blessed with some “angel” nurses in my life. A few years ago, I had home nurses for 10 months. My surgeon did not want me in the hospital or another facility for fear of infection. He thought I was better off at home, which I appreciated. The one on one care helped me in so many ways.

    Jimmy’s plea for medical coverage seems pretty well received–I hope Congress is listening!

    With all the ugliness you have seen and researched, I applaud your respect for the nurses, technicians, and staff. They are so often put in unbelievable situations in supporting “daffy docs” and mistreated.
