“This doctor turned these women into unresponsive ragdolls and then played with them in sexual ways.” (Assistant District Attorney Lauren Sulcove)
In Franklin County Pennsylvania an immigrant OB/Gyn specialist by the name of Sohael M Raschid was found guilty this week of drugging a teenage girl and 2 adult women. He followed up by sexually attacking 2 of the 3.
Raschid, age 60, was convicted on 14 of 20 felonies, including Rape, Illegal Administration of Intoxicants and numerous related charges, which occurred over several months in 2014-2015.
One of the doctor’s victims was 13 when he attacked her; another was 19. The third drugging victim was over the age of 21. Investigators were able to prove that all 3 were drugged by Raschid when he sneaked Xanax and zolpidem into their drinks after being invited to his home in Hamilton Township.
The case began in 2015 with charges that Raschid drugged the 13-year-old at his home.
The girl told police that Raschid had given her one “non-alcoholic” drink, but she knew something was wrong with when she became dizzy. She later tested positive for zolpidem, a sedative used to treat insomnia.
The girl’s police report led to charges against Raschid, whose medical license was suspended. By the time police filed those charges, four other adult women came forward and said they, too, had been drugged by Raschid. According to police documents, each woman experienced a “blackout” and other unusual symptoms after being with the doctor.
In May 2015, Raschid was charged in another, similar incident. A fifth accuser told police she was at a bar with Raschid. She believed he drugged her at the bar and then, after she said she wasn’t feeling well, he sexually assaulted her in the car.

Raschid was at one time Chambersburg Hospital’s chief of medical staff. Police report they had responded “at least 15 times” to Raschid’s home, involving women he was involved with, prior to this case. He was never arrested.
The doctor is scheduled to be sentenced in June, by Franklin County Judge Jeremiah Zook. In the meantime, Judge Zook is denying bail, believing this particular Third World Assassin is a serious danger to society.
Gee, you think? Raschid has at least one more sexual assault case pending.
