“You, Dr. Neulander, intentionally murdered your wife, and then attempted to use your own daughter to cover it up. Your daughter who most clearly adores you, which is as diabolical as it gets.” (Onondaga County Court Judge Thomas J. Miller)

Leslie Neulander’s blood was spattered all over the bedroom. The doctor told police “she fell in the shower.”
In Syracuse the murder conviction of Doctor Robert Neulander will stand now that a superior court judge has denied a motion to toss out the guilty verdict on appeal.
Neulander, age 63, was a well-respected gynecologist when sentenced to a 20-years-to-life state prison term for the beating death of his wife Leslie, which occurred in the bathroom of their home in the early morning hours of September 17, 2012. Not long after the trial, a member of the jury told the court that another juror was guilty of misconduct, specifically, sending text messages during the trial.
Neulander’s attorney called for a new trial based on what he argued was inappropriate communication between a sitting juror and one that had been released from the case.

Idiot Juror Johnna Lorraine admitted sending out 7,000 texts during the 3-week trial, which could have set a murderer free.
The juror admitted to a conversation with the former alternate, but only after the alternate was dismissed. The judge determined that no specifics regarding the case were mentioned and her texts did not influence the facts of the case.
