In the city of Ashland Florida, a physician found guilty in a multi-state drug distribution ring, was sentenced to a 20-year federal prison term Friday.
Doctor Clara Rodriguez-Inznaga, age 59, was convicted of conspiracy to distribute prescription narcotics, as well as felony money-laundering, in a jury trial in Ashland last December. She was sentenced by Judge David Bunning in U.S. District Court.
During the trial, the prosecution was able to prove that Rodriguez-Iznaga would routinely see as many as 35 “patients” each day, and charge them $150 cash for each office visit. Detectives determined that she also received an average of $1000 for each of 600,000 oxycodone pills – more than $640,000 in a three-year period.
Authorities revealed that 30 other individuals have been charged in the massive operation that involved at least 600 people from Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.

In keeping with her status as a Third World Assassin, this fraud of a health care professional emigrated to the U.S. after graduating from the Universidad Centro de Estudios Tecnologicos, in the Dominican Republic. That medical school was shut down by authorities when it was found to be a “diploma mill.”
