An FBI spokesperson announced last week that they have now joined the investigation into the death a Pittsburgh physician who they believe died from cyanide poisoning.
Doctor Autumn Marie Klein, age 41, the former director of women’s neurology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, was found dead on April 20, three weeks ago. According to the Allegheny County District Attorney’s office, she was found in her home by her husband, who immediately called 911.
Authorities in Pittsburgh report that Doctor Klein was either murdered, or for reasons yet unknown, chose to kill herself.
